'The Fig' Package: $3500


Pre-Wedding Day

  •  One (1) Visit to the Wedding Venue
  • Two (2) Client/Planner Meetings
  •  Event design, theme and décor assistance
  • Unlimited contact via email
  • Production of a detailed timeline/itinerary and schedule for vendors
  • A detailed timeline will be sent one week before your wedding day
  • Confirm all wedding vendors

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal 1 hour
  •  Distribute extremely detailed Personal wedding day itinerary to wedding party (i.e. when and where to show up for pictures, time of hair and make-up etc.)
  • Collect wedding day items such as marriage license, guest book, cake knife, pictures, toasting flutes, favors, programs, place cards, cake knife (prior to wedding or day of rehearsal)
  • Use of assorted house serving pieces
  • Use of numerous chalkboard signs, including personalization by staff member

Wedding Day

  • Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception
  • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family and vendors
  • Use of extensive Bridal Emergency Kit. We’ll be ready and available to solve any unexpected situation or emergencies

Ceremony (approximately 2 hours)

  • Set up of up to 24 chairs, arbor, and any other décor provided by vendors (i.e. flowers, signs)
  • Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants and family
  • Direct photographer, videographer, musicians, rentals, florist, etc. where to set-up
  • Greet vendors and oversee set-up of ceremony to make sure all commitments are fulfilled
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed
  • Direct Ushers with programs and seating
  • Line up and cue wedding party for ceremony
  • Provide officiate to perform the ceremony
  • Ensure that the marriage license is signed and wedding rings are present
  • Cue musical ensemble/DJ for entrance of processional and Brides entrance
  • Use of numerous chalkboard signs, including personalization by staff member

Reception

  • All day access to The Fig Room and a staff member for set up and decorating.
  • 5 hour event ending no later the 10:00pm at The Fig Room - up to 49 attendees
  • Set up of tables, linens, and chairs by staff members
  • Set-up of all reception décor not handled by a specific vendor (favors, menus, cake knife, toasting, flutes, place cards, gifts, table design)
  • Manage vendor set-up of reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled
  • Assist musical ensemble or DJ in cueing important events (ie grand entrance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, dance, etc.)
  • Cue Bride and Groom for all important events
  • Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception
  • Stay in communication with venue staff to ensure things are going smoothly
  • Use of assorted house serving pieces  
  • Use of numerous chalkboard signs, including personalization by staff member
  • Break down of tables, linens, and chairs and clean up by staff members

Assorted Events: Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Bridal Brunch, Birthday/Anniversary Party, or anything you can imagine!

  • Daytime Event: 10:00am to 2:00pm - $400 (Additional hour available for $75)
  • Evening Event: 5:00pm - 10:00pm - $750 (Additional hour available for $100)
  • Set up by staff members of tables, chairs, and linens
  • Use of house decor, serving pieces, and assorted chalk boards with personalization available upon request 
  • No staff member present during time of event

Fig Tree Inn - Accommodations: 3 night minimum stay: $2,537.40

  • Weekly rate $4,000 + 13% tax +$300 cleaning fee = $4,820
